How does Warrior Water protect customer information?

When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Credit Card Details

All credit card payments are processed securely through the Square gateway system on our website. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Warrior Water does not store any credit card information on its servers.

Warranty and Repairs

Warrior Water will replace the bottles within 12 months of first delivery, if there is any cracks or damages that causes the bottles to not hold the water, we will replace the bottles.

If bottles have been found to have malicious damage, or bottles have been used outside of water cartage warranty will be void. This is up to the discretion of Warrior Water. If your bottle is found to be damaged maliciously you will not get your deposit back. All damaged bottles must be returned to Warrior Water upon replacement.
