At Warrior Water, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency in our refund and return processes. Below are the terms of our refund policy:
1. Deposit Refund for Water Bottles
- A refundable deposit is required for each 15L water bottle purchased.
- The deposit will be refunded in full upon the return of the water bottle in good condition.
- Bottles with excessive damage and in an unusable condition for its intended purpose may be assessed for deductions from the deposit.
2. Faulty Accessories
- Accessories purchased from Warrior Water that are found to be faulty within their warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
- Repairs or replacements are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the product manufacturer’s warranty policies.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Water that has been opened or partially used.
- Accessories that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs.
